What will you do?

To further strengthen and expand the Salto Identity Solutions brand internationally, and to support our sales and development colleagues, you will be responsible for Technical Support activities.

This includes onboarding new international projects, training resellers, and guiding customers and partners during the installation and implementation of our software. Providing technical support is therefore an important part of this dynamic role.

Salto Identity Solutions is part of the Salto Group. For this reason, it is important that you have strong business communication skills in at least Dutch and English. Spanish is a plus.

Are you the Technical Support Specialist who wants to help the team build the success of Salto Identity Solutions?

You have

  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Technical Support.
  • A higher professional education level of working and thinking.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • An enthusiastic and positive personality.
  • Experience in the access control and security domain is a clear plus.
  • Affinity with security, IT, or working within a project-based organization.
  • An entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and flexible work attitude, with attention to quality.

Terms & Conditions

  • Salary: €3,000.00 - €4,000.00 per month.
  • Contract type: Full-time or part-time.
  • Location: Coltbaan 27A, 3439 Nieuwegein.
  • Work location: On-site.
